Algeria to withdraw its ambassador from France, foreign ministry says

TUNIS (Reuters) - Algeria has decided to withdraw its ambassador from France, the foreign ministry said on Tuesday, after France recognised a plan for autonomy for the Western Sahara region under Moroccan sovereignty as the only way of resolving a long-running dispute.
