BUENOS AIRES (Reuters) -Argentina's sovereign bonds and stock index climbed in early trading on Monday, as investors cheered an ambitious 2025 budget plan from libertarian President Javier Milei, that predicts robust growth and sticks to a "zero" fiscal deficit.
