Find this recipe and more in his book, Cure: New Orleans Drinks and How to Mix ‘Em.Hurricane (makes one full-sized portion)1.5oz white rum.5oz aged dark rum .75oz. fassionola syrup.75oz. fresh-pressed lemon juice Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Quick shake, then double strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Paint top with four dashes of Peychaud's Bitters and garnish with strawberry.
