Belarus's Lukashenko pardons 37 people jailed for 'extremism'

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko on Monday signed a decree pardoning 37 people convicted of crimes related to "extremism", state news agency Belta reported.
