WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden is considering a supplemental request of about $100 billion that would include defense aid for Ukraine and Israel as well as border security funds and money for Taiwan and other Indo-Pacific nations, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday, citing unnamed sources.
