(Reuters) - German lender Commerzbank and U.S. company Global Payments announced on Thursday a joint venture to offer digital payment services to small- and medium-sized business customers across Germany.
The new company, named Commerz Globalpay GmbH, is to start in the first half of 2024, with Commerzbank holding a 49% stake and Global Payments the remaining 51%, the companies said in a statement.
