Honduras reaches agreement with US to continue extradition treaty

TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) - Honduran President Xiomara Castro said Tuesday that her government reached an agreement with the United States to continue an extradition treaty.

In a message posted on X, Castro said the pact will be carried out "objectively" and safeguarding the integrity of Honduras' armed forces.
