(Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump has signed an executive order directing the heads of government agencies to grant federal officials access to unclassified agency records, data and systems to stop waste and fraud, the White House said on Friday.

The order was posted on the White House website on Thursday while a fact sheet about it said Trump had signed the order on Friday.
