Trump to sign order to eliminate or diminish some advisory panels, Axios reports

(Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump plans to sign an executive order on Wednesday to eliminate, or dramatically diminish, some federal advisory committees, Axios reported.

The executive order will target organizations like the United States Institute of Peace and the Inter-American Foundation, Axios reported, citing unidentified Trump administration officials.
