WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The European Central Bank needs to improve how it communicates policy intentions and uncertainty, but copying the U.S. Federal Reserve's "dot plot" projection method is not a desirable option, Bundesbank President Joachim Nagel said on Tuesday.
