  • 6 - chicken thighs, bone-in or boneless
  • - Kosher salt

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup - low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup - ketchup
  • 1/4 cup - honey
  • 3 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. - freshly minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp. - Sriracha
  • - juice of 1 lime

  • - Cooked rice for serving
  1. Step 1 Heat up the olive oil in a medium size pan and sear the chicken thighs seared until they're nicely browned. Season them well with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2 In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, minced garlic, ginger, Sriracha, and lime juice to create the sauce.
  3. Step 3 Place the seared chicken thighs into the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Set the slow cooker to low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2 hours, and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
