Gabriella Dixon has been missing for almost nine months. Dixon's family was told on July 24 that Dixon's body was discovered near a construction site in Monroe County, Georgia.

According to a statement from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, the 18-year-old mother had been missing since October of last year and was last seen in Macon, Georgia. The remains found at the construction site have been sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for identification.

Authorities arrested Jatarvius Deangelo Price, a prime suspect, and charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Price was arrested in November on accusations of making false statements and tampering with evidence but was released on bail. It's unclear whether Price has entered plea bargains or obtained legal representation.

Authorities have also issued an arrest warrant to Reginald Harris on a murder charge. 13 WMAZ says that Dixon's family acknowledge him as the father of her children.

Dixon's family reported her missing on October 31, 2023. Within the report, family members made comments made by Dixon's 2-year-old.

According to local media outlets that cited the report, the report states that when Harris dropped her children at her mother's house on October 30th, the toddler said, "Momma was in blood." One of the older siblings said, "Momma is sleeping."

Gabriella Searcy, Dixon's mother, has told local media that family members are "99 percent sure" the remains of Dixon are hers due to the red hair and the clothing found with the body. Searcy has been active in a campaign for her daughter's return in recent months, as evident by her posts on social media.

A fundraising campaign was launched in November to help the family in their search for Dixon.
