WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Republican U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson on Friday said he stood by a $1.59 trillion topline spending deal with Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, a deal to which some hardline House Republicans have voiced opposition.
