(Reuters) -Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba visited Hong Kong on Thursday and called on its leader John Lee to prevent Russia from using Hong Kong as a way to circumvent Western sanctions imposed on Moscow for its full-scale war in Ukraine.
