Hours after his last embrace with his wife and twins, he learned they had been killed

CNN's Jeremy Diamond reports on an Israeli airstrike that targeted an apartment building, killing the wife and days-old twin children of Mohammad Abu Al Qumsan. He had left their home to get the twins' birth certificates. His wife and the twins were among at least 23 people killed in several Israeli strikes in the area, according to hospital officials.
