The Los Angeles residence where actor Matthew Perry was found dead last year has been sold in an off-market transaction for $8.55 million. Real estate developer and movie producer Anita Verma-Lallian acquired the property through a trust. The 3,500-square-foot mid-century modern home, located in the exclusive Pacific Palisades neighborhood, was one of several properties owned by Perry, who was best known for his role as Chandler Bing on “Friends.” The actor purchased the residence for $6 million in 2020 and undertook substantial renovations, including adding a pool. Perry, 54, was discovered unresponsive in the property’s hot tub in October 2023.
