Two parents face child abuse charges after their children were reported to be running around naked in traffic, covered in human waste, According to Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
Danielle Roberson, 34, and Jacob Roberson, 32, were detained, and each was charged with the charges of five child abuse cases in connection with the incident in September. 8th, according to the sheriff's department.
The deputies first noticed naked children who were snooping around in Wright at around 9:00 a.m. After returning the child to safety, they spotted him and brought him to a nearby house. In the home, they saw another naked child covered in feces, running out of the house, according to officials.
"OCSO Deputies and an investigator found deplorable conditions throughout the residence, as well as prescription medications within reach of a total of five children, all under the age of 12," the sheriff's office said in a post on Facebook.
