Nashville: TikTok content creator Taylor Rousseau Grigg, known for her positive lifestyle content and Christian faith messages, has died at age 25, according to a statement from her husband.
Cameron Grigg announced his wife's death in an Instagram post on Saturday, describing it as "sudden and unexpected." The cause of death was not disclosed.
Taylor Rousseau Grigg amassed over 1.4 million followers on TikTok, where she shared uplifting content about her daily life and religious beliefs. Her final video, posted on Sept. 26, featured her spending time with her dog.
"She is the most brave and strong woman I know, and her confidence in the Lord outweighed every other circumstance she's faced, even in her darkest hours," Cameron Grigg wrote in his Instagram post. "I know she's saved my life and so many others out there," he continued.
According to her husband, Taylor Rousseau Grigg's "earthly body is still here with us being ran by machines to keep her organs viable for donation. More than anything, Taylor would want to know that she's continuing to save people's lives even after she's gone from this world. And even though her earthly body may have failed her, her memory and life will be carried on forever. She doesn't owe anyone, anything. But she would want everyone to know that she's more than ok," he stated.
"She's no longer in pain, but her body has been made whole in Jesus' name," Cameron said. "We can praise God that she will endure no more suffering and she is truly set free from these earthly chains! SHES BEEN MADE WHOLE AND PERFECT!"
The couple met on Instagram in 2021 and married on Aug. 19, 2023, after becoming engaged in June 2022.
Cameron Grigg revealed that the family is facing financial difficulties in the wake of his wife's death, stating they have no insurance. A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist with expenses, raising over $25,000 as of this report.
"We don't have anything financially in order," Cameron Grigg wrote, encouraging supporters to contribute or offer prayers for the family.
The GoFundMe page, which does not provide additional details about Taylor Rousseau Grigg's death, states that a benefit event in her honor is being planned.
